I'm thinking the Atlanta Falcons in the NFC this year will be a sleeper... I'm not saying they're going to be the Saints of last year, but I can see them being a solid 8-8, 9-7 team... everyone seems to be writting them off because of the loss of Vick, but they have a decent defense, soft schedule, and Petrino's spread offense will put some points on the board. Plus, I think Harrington will provide some stability at the QB position (I know, Harrington and stability in the same sentence is blasphemy, but look at Vick...some games brilliant, some absolutely terrible).
In the AFC, I'm going with the Raiders.. they have a vastly underrated defense, a coaching staff that can actually coach this year, loss of Moss (addition by subtraction), and I think Culpepper earns comeback player of the year. Again, not a playoff contender but mediocre team that can knock of some contenders. |

| Well, if we're not talking about teams to win the Super Bowl and just get to .500 or better, I'd say the Jets and Cardinals. Both much better teams than people give them credit for. |
