Steve Smith was questionable for Sunday, yet the reports said he would probably play. I kept monitoring them, right up until the lineup deadline before the Thursday opener, and I kept him in my starting lineup.
Sure enough, Saturday rolls around, with the reports "Steve Smith inactive." He won't even suit up. Ordinarily, that still leaves me time to make adjustments. Not this time though, thanks to the Thursday game!
