| The Rookie??? What's that doing there? That was terrible! There's nothing like a 13 year old kid throwing over 100mph to make you throw your popcorn at the screen. |

You're thinking of "Rookie of the Year." Terrible movie. It's actually on the "Worst Baseball Movie Ever" poll.
The Rookie was a true story about Jim Morris, the high school teacher/baseball coach who pitched in the Majors briefly in 99 or 2000. |
