Hmm... assuming you're using a standard scoring system, I'd probably go with James at running back. I wouldn't go with Maurice Jones Drew, since he'll be splitting carries again. I wouldn't start any running back against that San Diego defense. Not that Cedric Benson and Adrian Peterson (the bad one, not the Viking) are all that dynamic of a duo, but wow... the Chargers completely shut down their running attack. We don't yet know how good Derrick Ward is, and with Eli Manning out, the Packers won't respect the passing attack and will stack the box against the run. I'd definitely go with Edge.

At WR, I think you'll be okay with any of those guys. Maybe not Reggie Brown until he shows us some consistent performance. I'd definitely get Colston in there. Drew Brees and the Saints will come out firing against a weak Tampa defense after they were humiliated by the Colts last week. I probably wouldn't go with Stallworth, again, the good San Diego defense, and Brady has plenty of other good targets with Moss, Welker, and Ben Watson. I probably wouldn't go with Calvin Johnson yet. He's young, and the Minnesota defense looked better than expected next week. I think soon he'll be a mainstay in your starting lineup, but not just yet. I'd go with Colston and Fitzgerald.

You have some really good receivers and running backs there. Small league? Surprised to see you only start one running back.

Good luck this week.
