Please Help Me Find A Team!!!

I realize this is quite an unusual and complex question and I hope someone out there can give me help. I went to the University of Delaware, and while I enjoy cheering on their sports programs, they just don't have the talent level to make it to March Madness and I accept that fact. What I would like to do, however, is find a school that I can cheer for that actually does have a shot. I am not looking to jump on the bandwagon of a team by any means...though there is a 'type' of team that I am looking for. There are a few things I enjoy in a team and it mainly has to do with the coaching philosophy. I enjoy many aspects of what Bobby Knight brings to the table -- fundamentals of rebounding, passing, etc. I enjoy a team that pushes the ball after each rebound, even if it’s not always a fast break situation. I also like a team that plays tough, in-your-face man to man defense...always pressuring the ball and if possible, a team that runs a full court press from time to time (other than at the end of the game when they are down 10 points). I am not a fan of teams that live and die by the 3 point shot, but rather runs an offensive system to either work the ball down low or for the guards to attack the basket and maybe draw the foul.
What I was wondering (and I realize how huge and unique of a request this is), if anyone out there can either direct me to a web page/link or even if you could offer some ideas of your own for me to research and/or watch on TV with teams that may fit some or most of these criteria listed above.
