Something I have always been curious about is how tailgating is legal. Isn’t drinking in public illegal? Don’t get me wrong, I’m very much in favor of tailgating, but it has always seemed odd that if I’m walking through campus drinking a beer, I could go to jail, yet if I do it before a football game, it’s okay.
Can anyone shed some light on this? Where are my attorneys at? |
